Team Management & Security

WiXO supports multi-user collaboration, allowing managers, marketers, and designers to co-manage your mobile apps efficiently under unified governance.

1. Accessing Team Settings

  1. Click on your user profile drawer at the bottom-left corner of the screen.
  2. Select Team Settings.
  3. The dashboard displays all current team collaborators and their access privileges.

2. Inviting a New Team Member

To invite a colleague or agency partner:

  1. In the Add Team Member form, enter the colleague’s email address.
  2. Select the designated Role:
    • Admin: Comprehensive administrative rights across app branding, navigation structures, and team configurations.
    • Editor / Member: Operational permissions focused on push notifications, campaigns, and content updates.
  3. Click Add or Send Invitation.
  4. Your colleague will receive an invitation email containing a secure link to create their credentials and join the workspace.

3. Account Security & Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

To safeguard your mobile app configuration and customer push channels, we strongly encourage enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):

  1. Open your profile menu at the bottom-left and navigate to Settings -> Security.
  2. Under Two-Factor Authentication, click Enable.
  3. Scan the generated QR code using an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Apple Passwords, or 1Password).
  4. Provide the 6-digit confirmation code and securely store your emergency Recovery Codes.
